GOSH - Peter Pan Week
Daisy Chain is supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital by dressing up as characters from Peter Pan. The children will also benefit from having a representative from GOSH attend the nursery to talk to the children about the importance of raising money for the children that use the hospital.
Have a Heart Appeal - 5th - 9th March
The children will raise money for Heart Essex that are supporting Childline this year. The staff and children will be dressing up as their favourite childhood characters

The Queen's visit to Maldon - 28th October 2010
The children at Daisy Chain all walked up to the high street to be able to see the Queen visit Maldon. They made banners, crowns and flags to represent our country and support the local community.
The Ugly Bug Ball - 19th November 2010
Everyone at Daisy Chain dressed up as ugly bugs and took part in an 'Ugly Bug Ball' to raise money for Children In Need.
The Royal Wedding - 29th April 2011
The children enjoyed a Royal Garden Party to celebrate William and Kate's special day
Open Day - 25th June 2011
The staff and the children, along with families past and present celebrated 20 years of care in Maldon.

The children raised money and awareness for this important charity
Children in Need - 18th November 2011
The staff and children wore spots to raise money and learn about other children in need
Chinese New Year - 23rd -27th January
Daisy Chain celebrated Chinese New Year with the children and decorated the nursery. The children enjoyed the celebrations and made dragons to dance with
Chatterbox Challenge - 14th February 2012
The children performed a concert for the parents to raise money for ICAN - for children with speech and language difficulties
